The establishment of TEM sample preparation system in CAMP-nano

The equipments used for TEM sample preparation were installed in CAMP-Nano from Jan.7th to Jan.10th.  These equipments all come from Fischione instructure, inc. include M170 ultrasonic disk cutter, M200 dimpling grinder, M1050 TEM mill, M1040 nano mill and M1020 plasma cleaner, and these equipments will supply us with sufficient techniques of preparing samples for TEM or SEM analysis.
