Collaboration projects to improve the air quality expected to be carried out

 The study of PM2.5 that was conducted by a group of researchers of CAMP-Nano has aroused multiple attentions of the public since reported by CCTV NEWS.
It is of great significant that Xi'an Municipal Government emphasizing and seeking a path of enterprise-college-research cooperation. Mr. Wenbin Song, Vice Director, and Mr. Liu Senior Engineer from the Xi’an Environmental Monitoring Center discussed some environmental issues with Prof. Zhiwei Shan (Executive Director) and some faculties of CAMP-Nano who involves in this particulate matter study on the afternoon of February 2, 2015.

Prof. Zhiwei Shan introduced the particulate collecting devices and the formation of the database for the study of pm 2.5. Meanwhile, Dr. Xiaohui Ning and his student Lie Yang, a Ph.D Candidate of CAMP-Nano from the research team of air purification equipment specified their progress, purpose and mission statements.

Mr. Song and Liu responded positively after getting a brief overview of the pm 2.5 research program and the invention process of the new air-cleaning facility. They suggested that they will following up the grogram and trying to push the cooperation prospect and possibility between CAMP-Nano and department of environmental protection to a higher standard.
