INTRODUCTION

This holder is an optional accessory for the specimen tilting of the H-9500 TEM, and permits tilting the specimen along the Y-axis in addition to the existing function for tilting along the X-axis. Tilting in the Y direction is driven by a motor built in the specimen holder, and forword/ reverse operation and stoppage of opearation are readily controlled by toggle switch of the specimen movement trackball.
