According to the latest decision, Mr. Zhanming Zhang and Dr. Chaowei Guo are appointed respectively as Group Leader and Deputy Group Leader of lab technician team at the routine meeting on July 7th. Probationary period is one year.
As worked in the P＆G Company in the past three years, Mr. Zhang Zhanming has wealth experience on team organization and management. Also, he is young and full of vigor, and has huge enthusiasm and motivation for innovative technology. He will mainly take charge of technology innovation, promotion of scientific research cooperation projects, management and innovation of technical team, etc.
Dr. Chaowei Guo has been working at CAMP-Nano since its establishment. He has wealth of experiences, and has always been serious and responsible for the work. His main duties will be responsible for the daily work of the technical team, for example, Laboratory visits, laboratory safety training and laboratory management, and so on.
We believe that their partnership would greatly enhance the team building and better support the development of CAMP-Nano.
