2018 Sino-German symposium on electronic and memory materials will be held from Sep. 5th-7th
The 2nd Sino-German symposium on electronic and memory materials will be held from September 5th to 7th in 101 Room of Science Building of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China. This symposium is free of charge, but needs registration in advance. For interested participants, please send an email to campnano@mail.xjtu.edu.cn.
This symposium focuses on the emerging materials for non-volatile memory and neuromorphic computing technologies, including phase-change materials, resistive switching oxides, spintronic materials and other novel materials. In this symposium, we have invited 33 experts from China and Germany well-known universities and research institutions to do high level academic reports.
